Delivery Policy
For most of our products, lead times are typically between 1-3 working days and up to 10-21 working days. Larger products and custom orders may have longer lead times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone, as we may need a 30-day window for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation for late deliveries.

Returns Policy
For faulty items:
You have 14 days to return purchases from date of receiving goods. Please email us (info@anh.group) with photos of your purchase, your order number, and the reason for return. We will confirm the return and ask you to securely re-package your purchase for return shipping. Allow extra time for our Returns Team to process your return and for your refund to reach you.
For non-faulty items:

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund, which may take 3-5 days to process and 3-5 days for the funds to return to your account. We do not provide refunds for custom orders, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
